Used Avanti Black Vinyl Interior W/Red vinyl Inserts
Used Avanti black vinyl interior with red vinyl inserts on the door panels and rear quarters and arm rest. This 99% complete, used Avanti interior will fit all 1963-64 Studebaker Avantis and all 1965-76 Avantis with the door key lock in the outside door handles escutcheon. Overall it’s in very nice condition. The 2 front seats have been done in black leather for more comfort. The balance of the interior is black and red vinyl (if you don’t like the red vinyl inserts. They could be dyed black) The front and rear seats are very nice to set in and have very minimal wear. All Avanti front seats, except Recaros, were made from fiberglass from 1963-1983 This pair shows no signs of repair. They are not loose in any way and the foam and leather are still very soft and supple (same for the back seat) black vinyl.
The left front black vinyl console side just below the dash has a rip and will have to be replaced. The left rear quarter, sail panel, has a slight tear back by where it gets glued to the back window fence. The left door panel arm rest has a small repair on the side. Both door panels have a couple of nicks in the black vinyl top section @ the bottom. The rear parcel shelf will need a new piece of masonite as it sagged from the aftermarket rear speakers. No front seat tracks, you will have to reuse your old ones. Comes with a full set of new black carpet. Overall condition is outstanding for an interior that is about 50 years old.
