​1981 Avanti 305-V8 4-BBl, Auto, 52,761 miles.  Very nice British Racing Green Paint, (non metallic) , with very nice, tan leather interior.  Nardi wood steering wheel, Recaro seats, factory electric moon roof (doesn’t leak), tilt, power windows, power door locks, Italian Ash wood console and dash, cold a/c.  Has the Nostalgic Rake, with 4 new American Torque thrust wheels and 4 new B.F Goodrich radial T/A tires 215-60x15 fronts and 245-60x15 rears.  Southern Car.  NO frame or hog trough rust issues, or replacement aftermarket hog troughs or frame rust repair.  NO fresh black paint or undercoating, covering up rust, just the original 43 year old patina.  New stainless dual exhaust system, no cat converter.  Original dash pad has cracks, but comes with a N.O.S. $2000.00 Nostalgic Dash Pad (the World’s finest)  This is one of my personal Avantis, with the underside this clean and original, it puts it in the top 5% of Avantis in the World.
This classic colored Avanti was ordered on 6-3-1981, and shipped to Royal Motor Car Corporation, in West Palm Beach Florida.  On 8-21-81 this car was fully loaded, including 5 wire wheels and it would have had a sticker price of about $32,0000 in 1981  The Florida sun does destroy Avanti dash pads, as it makes the vinyl covered foam very brittle.  This 42 year old Avanti is actually in remarkable, mostly original, condition.  The pesky wire wheels were removed and I installed the Nostalgic Rake, with the new wheels and tires.
