This is a N.O.S. bracket to support the radiator reservoir coolant tank to the top of the engine. Your leaking reservoir tank is caused by vibration. Over the years you may have a damaged or weakened support bracket, or maybe you just have the wrong bracket. This is a NOS bracket. All 1963-1964 Studebaker Avantis had this bracket installed when assembled. It might have been installed on 1965-1972 Avantis with Chevy V-8
